Excellent location, riverside activities, medieval town charm, friendly staff, great breakfast, quiet ambiance.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Being near the river provided us with a beautiful view and the convenience of being close to the old town couldn't have been more perfect. We were also delighted to find plenty of shops nearby. the rooms were well-cleaned, the bathrooms were spotless, and the staff provided excellent service. Our breakfast was just what we needed to jump-start our day.

There was one aspect of the hotel that could have been improved upon.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. Situated right by parkland and near the river, it offers stunning views and plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities. I had a great Easter stay at this hotel. It is located close to the train station and the Altstadt, making it easy to get around the city. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. My room even had a small fridge that was perfect for storing snacks and drinks. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. I also enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the hotel.

That the hotel parking was a bit of a challenge to get into and find, but once I did, it was very convenient. There were also a lot of stairs to climb if you were on the top floor, but I requested a lower floor and it was no problem.

My Christmas stay was pleasant, as the location of the hotel was ideal. It is situated near the park and river, offering a calm and peaceful experience. the breakfast buffet had a good spread, with a variety of options, and the staff were friendly and attentive to my needs.

There were two aspects that were not up to the mark. the room I stayed in was small, and the decor was not to my taste.
